We have chosen something

  • So from RS gold what I'm hearing its only. . Like having 10 years+ of college homework left undone and the workload is too unmotivating for folks to perform. Bold suggestion I am sure, but may I suggest you completely redoing construction from the ground up and introducing it as a new ability? With ample communication I think that is possible and that I really would really like to see that happen.

I say this mainly because the way homes are in our game is a great 2007 thing but its out of date today in a more fundamental basis, and other MMOs just have plenty more innovative manners at having houses. The ability should only be completely redone with no trace of older school building.

It is similar to having 50 distinct piles of 10 years+ assignments, and then choosing which of those piles to start on first. Construction goes up against the player experience, the player avatar and a lot of, but it's definitely close to the top of the heap. We have chosen something for Construction that would not get in the way of a near future rework and would supplement it

Your idea for how to alter Construction is very good, but I would stop short of making it a whole new skill. I am not convinced that is what will be best for the player base.

I do not actually think the RuneScape player base would whine

Ah, so it's one of these. Given the things that its upward against it makes sense that there is much more along with this heap (I encourage the priority on these btw and I periodically have to remind myself of exactly what rests on top).

I always thought a floor up redo of construction (and stomaching possible parting from several gamers ) is the only viable path. Since you say player base, I'd contest that by saying the participant base needs the operational preservation of several things (gilded altar, costume room storage(s), workshop components and pet storage). Other elements are a relic from a different decade and that I also feel like updating everything else aesthetically is quite a chore. If what serves players want could safely be imported to a more modern MMO style"home" concept.

My eyesight is having grand sized homes which have custom hotspots to put furniture as opposed to the 8x8 grid rooms that we have grown familiar with. I feel like its just better and less complex to look from scratch compared to reworking the 33 space 8x8 code.

Glad to buy RuneScape gold  hear, though OSRS has been sprinting at a much faster pace with material than RS3 for years now. I know the old argument that RS3 has more pictures, but OSRS has older tools that they use. So that pretty much cancels each other out. I'd be quite surprised if ORRS has not updated the majority of their tools.
